Dr. Wu Helin is Deputy Director of the National Engineering Research Center for E-Learning and Deputy Director of the National Engineering Research Center for Educational Big Data, and Research Fellow at the India Study Center of Central China Normal University (CCNU).

He previously served as Vice Dean of the CCNU–University of Wollongong Joint Institute (2016–2023) and was a Harvard-Yenching Institute Visiting Fellow (2023–2024). Dr. Wu received his M.A. in English Language and Literature and Ph.D. in History from CCNU. His interdisciplinary academic background and management experience have significantly contributed to the Center’s development.

Currently, he oversees Graduate Affairs and International Cooperation at the Center, and International Cooperation and Global Outreach at the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Education, CCNU.
